Quick answers to common account and workspace questions.
Use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen. If you cannot access your registered email or phone, email support from an address where we can reply.
Use My Account for profile details, Appearance for display settings, and Language & Region for regional preferences. These options are available in the Settings section of My Space.
First confirm that you are using the account connected to the enrollment or purchase. Include the course, test, or order name when contacting support.
Include your registered email, the affected page, and a short description of what happened. Never send your password, OTP, card number, or payment credentials.
